I'll stamp all over 'serious combatant' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

Briton Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.

Former twice unified boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.

Boxer's Attitude

"I will damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.

"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my intention."

Civil Interaction

Despite those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.

Paul rather criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.

"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.

"I acknowledge that."

Serious Fighter

In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.

Paul's History

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.

He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.

Financial Success

However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive paydays.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.

"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.

Size Disparity

As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly going ahead.
